Pharmacy Weight Loss Marlborough is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing online weight management consultations and prescription services to patients in Marlborough and across the United Kingdom. We operate in full compliance with General Pharmaceutical Council regulations and UK pharmaceutical law.

We reserve the right to refuse or withdraw services if we determine that treatment is clinically inappropriate for you. Providing false or misleading information during your consultation may result in immediate cancellation of your order and may pose a serious risk to your health.
All prescription medications are issued only following a clinical assessment conducted by one of our qualified, registered prescribers. A prescription will be issued solely at the clinical discretion of the prescriber. We do not guarantee that a prescription will be issued following your consultation.
Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use only within the United Kingdom. You must not share, transfer, or sell any prescription medication issued to you.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely using encrypted payment systems.
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, any change will not affect orders already confirmed.
If your consultation results in a prescription not being issued, you will be refunded the medication cost. The consultation fee, where applicable, is non-refundable as this covers the clinical time involved in reviewing your case.
Once your prescription has been approved and issued by our pharmacist, your medication will be dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery times may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays or bank holidays.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging to your specified UK delivery address. You are responsible for ensuring that your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held liable for non-delivery resulting from incorrect address details provided by you.
If a delivery is not received, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate with our courier provider.
You may cancel your order before it has been reviewed and approved by our prescriber. Once a prescription has been issued and your medication has been dispatched, cancellations cannot be accepted due to the nature of prescription-only medicines.
In accordance with the Human Medicines Regulations 2012, prescription medicines are exempt from the standard 14-day right of return under consumer distance selling regulations. We are unable to accept returns of prescription medication for safety and hygiene reasons.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will investigate and resolve the matter promptly.
Our services do not replace your regular GP or NHS healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service. If you experience any adverse effects or medical concerns, seek immediate medical advice from your GP or contact NHS 111.
